Cancellation policy: Please note that when you make an online booking you are agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 20% charge of the appointment cost. Any appointments that you fail to attend without contacting the salon will incur a 50% charge of the appointment cost. These charges will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made or honoured, and will only be wavered at our discretion.
