Salon Policies

We politely request that you attend your appointment alone, and childcare is arranged for the duration of your appointment. On arrival at the salon please wash or sanitise your hands.
All tools are cleaned with biodegradable Navy hygiene wipes after each use, killing 99.999% of pathogens.
Wherever possible disposable tools are bamboo, in the interest of being more eco friendly and sustainable.
Navy tools are titanium coated which ensures optimal hygiene as bacteria are unable to adhere to it. Navy tools are used for both brows and nails.
All work stations and touch points are thoroughly disinfected between clients, and only one client will be in the salon at any one time.
Contactless payment is available.
If you are ill or have any COVID-19 related symptoms please reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please park on the driveway, my car will usually be on the drive (Black KIA Sportage), there is ample space to park in front of it, alternatively please park directly outside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours by not parking outside their properties.

Patch tests are compulsory for HD Brows, LVL and lash tints 48 hours prior to your appointment, patch tests must be performed at The Beauty Spot and will not be accepted from elsewhere. This is for your own safety, failure to have a patch test performed will result in the treatment not being performed. Please contact the salon to book a patch test or feel free to arrange one via the online booking system. If 6 months has lapsed since your last appointment, you have had Covid-19 or the Covid-19 vaccine you will require a new patch test.
